Revival

Its 14 October, 2015.... Its been long since I came here to check my blog.

I am 20 now. And it feels embarrassing looking at my old posts. But one of the old post did make me happy. I wanted to pursue something related to art and here I am a 3rd year Accessory design student in NIFT Gandhinagar. I do feel proud to say "Yeah! See I wanted to be here and here I am." I am waiting for the day I graduate and get placed in a good company. But before that I still have to learn more. There many things I have to explore, to experience and to live.

Coming to NIFT was somehow life changing. I totally new world opened up to me. Something I knew existed but was still unaware. Fashion college does sound very glamorous, but its not as glamorous as it seems. We students do a lot of work compared to any other colleges. Yeah we dont have Textbooks for us to learn and prepare for exams. But we do a lot of research, surfing all over internet. Our Resource Centre (library) is also filled with amazing books that we fail to read or even find. And well, students least bother to study because we are handed over Powerpoint presentations (ppt) and PDFs that our faculty uses to teach us. That seems to be enough but yeah reading habit is always good for everyone. And little extra knowledge wont hurt.

I am thinking to uses this blog as my record. I guess, I already wrote something like that in my first post. Fine, never mind.
